International Summer School for German Language, Culture and Language Teaching
JenDaf e.V. supports the Institute of German as a Foreign and Second Language and Intercultural Studies of the FSU Jena in the organisation and realisation of the Summer School.
Course Profile
The Summer School offers seminars and lectures in: Media and other influences in developments in present-day German, German for professioal purposes, literature and literary studies in the digital age, and current political, economic and social developments. Workshops aim at cultural orientation and intercultural understanding. The programme includes excursions and offers possibilities for intercultural encounters.
Target Group
Learners of German as a Foreign and Second Language.
Prerequisite: minimum age of 18 years; successful completion of the beginners' level A1
Duration: 4 weeks (160 hours, incl. 80 hours of German language instruction)
Certificate: Proof of attandance, 5 ECTS

Course Fee: 540 € (course fee incl. cultural programme)
